Supporting the various projects of the BDA,  involves many fundraising activities. Over the years we’ve become quite innovative – from small individual initiatives such as Morning Teas at our workplaces, to raffle sales, theatre plays and even an interreligious forum, we have recently embraced the backyard concert idea. It’s been a fantasitc way of building new and involving community, supporting local musicians and raising awareness for the several projects the BDA supports ( http://www.bdainc.org.au/). 

Last months we gathered a wonderful group of people: friends, neighbours and work colleagues and listened to Georgia and John’s beautiful music whilst raising much needed funds for education and empowerment projects in Bodhgaya.
